The past 11 months have not been the best. However, I think we have a building that is one we can be proud of.
I want to thank you and your workers for a “ job well done”. You were there when we needed you and your team was successful in preserving the adjacent buildings while construction was in progress.
I especially want to thank Howard Finch and Dennis O’Bannon.. They were very professional in their job. I hope I never have such damage again, but if I do, I would want Howard and Dennis on my team!!

This letter is written to commend Hale Building Company for the excellent job that you did in the completion of the Jiffy Lube/Brake Shop building on Market Street.
I was concerned that trying to build the basement of the Jiffy Lube in December might delay the completion of the entire facility. However, that was no match for your team. I felt as if they were as concerned about the schedule as I was.
A construction company that works as a team to insure customer satisfaction is hard to find. Once again, I would like to thank you for a job well done. My tenants and I are very happy with the building.

The past year at Carolina Beach has been a challenge as we have twice experienced major construction to our branch. We have tried to look at this as a challenge and have for the most part grown as a team and as a banking unit. I want you to know that Hale Building was both cooperative and professional during their time here. The work they did was difficult due to the branch being open, however, they strived to work around us and with us to complete all the projects in a timely manner. It seemed to take forever, but in reality was accomplished as fast as they could get it done. Takeda Vitamin & Food USA, Inc.
Hale Building has finished, recently, a project with Takeda Vitamin & Food USA, Inc. and is working, currently, with us on another project. The project, just completed, was a 6,000 SF laboratory/administrative building; completed under a design build contract. Hale worked, closely, with Takeda management, engineers, and staff to complete this project under tight schedule restraints.
During the project, Hurricane Bonnie made landfall in Wilmington. Hale implemented their hurricane preparedness plan; securing their work area and preventing possible damage to other parts of the facility in a timely, organized fashion. Hale was onsite, immediately, after the event to assess damage and, in fact, mobilized other forces to help secure other areas of the plant affected by the storm.
Hale's overall management, from both field and office personnel, ensured a quality project that was on time, meeting the needs we presented to them, while maintaining a neat, safe jobsite.
We would highly recommend Hale Building for similar jobs under similar conditions within an industrial environment.

I am writing to you in regards to the project Hale Building recently completed for me, Blueberry Hill Dessertery, Inc., at The Forum.
I would like to personally commend the supervisor, Bill Piver, for the effort he put forth on this project. He was professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process of building a restaurant. Not only did Mr. Piver do much of the labor himself, he made himself available to answer my endless questions. He addressed all of the problems and concerns, therefore making the experience a smooth one for me. Mr. Piver proved himself to be an invaluable source that I hope to work with again.
It is my goal to build two more restaurants within the next four years and use Hale Building along with Mr. Piver to oversee those projects. I already have and will continue to recommend your company to others.

Hale Building has recently finished several projects for us, including new storage tank foundations with containment and unloading facilities with a fiberglass containment system. Each project was completed within schedule and the quality was excellent.

Project Manager Jim McKenna did a wonderful job of keeping me informed throughout the entire project, helping me make informed decisions and saving us money during the buyout. Jobsite Superintendent Jimmy Blackard showed genuine concern for our project as if it were his. Jimmy was polite, thorough and responsive to all of our needs.
